📨Email Accounts & Groups

Accounts

Aside from team email accounts, there are a few additional accounts in the @p2pu.org domain. An account should be created when you want to retain a full archive of emails independently of team members’s accounts.

• [e-mail] is the owner of important documents and is used to sign up for services.

  • [e-mail] (Dirk, Grif, Ryan, Becky) receives all mail sent to [e-mail]

• [e-mail] is used to solicit feedback on tools and software.

  • [e-mail] (Dirk, Grif, Q, Becky) receives all mail sent to [e-mail]

• [e-mail] and [e-mail] are used to handle messages from our respective instances of Discourse.

• [e-mail] is used to handle users' questions regarding our calendar events

Groups

There are two groups with the entire team:

• [e-mail] is used for internal discussion and is not shared publicly.

  • Unused aliases: [e-mail]

• [e-mail] is used for public facing messaging, like marketing materials and job postings.

  • Aliases: [e-mail], [e-mail]

  • Unused/legacy aliases: [e-mail], [e-mail], [e-mail], [e-mail]

Additional internal groups include:

• [e-mail] is the Board. Non-P2PU accounts cannot email the Board.

• [e-mail] (Dirk, Grif, Ryan, Philipp) manages monthly team invoices and is used to approve the monthly budget.

• [e-mail] (Dirk, Grif) is a catch all for former colleagues and projects/

There are a few learning circle specific groups:

• [e-mail] (175 members) preceded the Discourse community and is not currently in use.

• [e-mail] (team) is used to automatically send and receive replies to automated learning circle emails.

• [e-mail] comprises learning circle organizers and is updated manually.

• [e-mail] (team, Joseck, Q, Sherry) is copied on new learning circles where the facilitator answered the optional questions.
